With a background as a retired interior designer, Debbie brings a thoughtful, design-driven approach to every project at SimplyStyledCLT. She loves seeing the transformation not just in the space, but in her clients—especially when tackling areas they’ve struggled with for years

Mary Shannon loves helping clients create spaces that truly serve them, their families, and their lifestyle. Her approach begins with understanding each client’s goals and vision,designing solutions that streamline daily life while keeping spaces functional and beautiful.
Her inspiration comes from seeing how thoughtful organization can reduce daily “noise,” helping clients feel more in control and at peace in their homes. With over 20 years of experience owning and running retail stores, she knows firsthand the value of systems, organization, and careful planning.
Fun fact: she can recite the alphabet backwards in under three seconds—a quirky talent that reflects her sharp, detail-oriented nature.

Kim loves helping clients achieve clutter-free living, creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Her approach is simple but effective: if you don’t use it, lose it—especially when it comes to valuable countertop space.
Inspired by the marriage of form and function, she designs rooms that look great while working efficiently for everyday life. Her passion for organizing started young, whether it was closets, drawers, or pantries—it’s just who she is.
A native North Carolinian, she’s also a basketball fan, with March being one of her favorite times of the year.

Beth brings creativity, care, and a true passion for transformation to every project she takes on, creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional while delivering an exceptional client experience. She begins each project with a thoughtful conversation to understand her clients’ vision, then brings it to life with intentional details that often exceed expectations. Beth began her career in the seasonal decorating industry before launching her own holiday lighting
business in the Charlotte area, where she has grown a loyal client base of over 50 homes. She specializes in custom exterior holiday lighting, designing and installing lighting for trees, bushes, and front landscapes to create a polished, elevated look. In addition, she offers curated front entry décor, including fresh garland, magnolia accents, berries, and seasonal planter arrangements. From design and installation to maintenance and takedown, Beth ensures every detail is seamless and stress-free. Her love for the holiday season and dedication to high-quality
work allow her to create warm, welcoming, and truly memorable spaces for every client she serves.

Shea brings a natural passion for creating calm, organized spaces and finds true joy in transforming homes into places that feel both functional and peaceful. She loves working alongside the SimplyStyledCLT team and approaches each project with flexibility, knowing every space and client requires a unique solution. By guiding clients through their belongings in real time, she helps them prioritize what matters most and create systems that make the best use of their space. She has a talent for finding the right products and creative solutions to maximize
even the smallest areas. Inspired by tidy, well-ordered spaces, she is passionate about delivering that same sense of ease and joy to her clients. Her experience moving six times for her husband’s career helped her develop a strong skill set in staging, packing, unpacking, and organizing—skills she now uses to help others feel at home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, knitting, and jigsaw puzzles, and has a fun piece of history in her family—her eighth great-grandfather, John Pass, was a bell caster whose name appears on the Liberty Bell.

Emily has a natural passion for creating spaces that feel both beautiful and functional, with a special love for transformation—turning everyday areas into ones that truly support and simplify daily life. She approaches each project by focusing on systems that are easy to maintain and tailored to how each client lives, believing that simplicity is key to keeping a home organized and stress-free. Inspired by real-life family spaces, especially children’s rooms and play areas, she brings a thoughtful and practical perspective to every project. A creative at heart, she also loves planning parties and events—especially children’s celebrations where she can bring extra fun and imagination to life. Her journey into organizing grew organically through managing a busy household of four girls, giving her firsthand experience in creating systems that truly work for families.

Adele brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every space she works in. With a background in architecture, she has a natural eye for function, flow, and design, allowing her to create spaces that are both beautiful and highly practical. She is a dedicated and hardworking member of the SimplyStyledCLT team, always approaching each project with care and intention.

As a mom of two boys, Adele understands the importance of creating organized, livable spaces that support everyday life. She is passionate about giving back to her community and enjoys volunteering, especially supporting the library at her children’s school.

She approaches every project thoughtfully, keeping necessary items close at hand and focusing on solutions that are simple, comfortable, and multi-functional. Inspired by her early experiences helping renovate and decorate her family’s historical home, she enjoys blending modern design with period-appropriate details to create seamless, harmonious spaces. Outside of work, she is an avid pickleball player and enjoys reading historical fiction, though she admits she has a hard time sitting still—just like her dynamic approach to designing and organizing spaces.

Lisa helps clients bring their design visions to life, focusing on both function and aesthetic beauty. She believes every project should start with a conversation to fully understand the client’s needs, ensuring the result is personalized, practical, and visually stunning.
Inspired by colors in nature, art, architecture, and travel, Lisa draws creativity from a wide range of influences. When she’s not designing, she enjoys entertaining family and friends, creating beautiful tablescapes, and cooking delicious meals.
